The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy ambiance. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Throughout my stay, I encountered no issues or inconveniences, thanks to the exceptional service and efficiency of the staff. They were readily available to answer any questions. One of the standout features of this hotel was its charming eating area – warm and inviting atmosphere. The tasteful decor, comfortable seating, and pleasant ambiance created the perfect setting for enjoying a delicious meal. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional service, making each dining experience a true delight. The culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurant were simply exquisite. The menu featured a wide array of delectable dishes, expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a gastronomic journey filled with delightful flavors and impeccable presentation. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a mouthwatering dinner. In addition to the delightful eating area, the hotel boasted an enchanting garden. Lush greenery, vibrant flowers. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Just 5 miles from the city centre of Oxford, The Bear and Ragged Staff offers fantastic homemade food, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. You can relax in its cosy olde worlde bar, beside a roaring log fire. we were travelling with our 2,5yo child and we could’nt be happier. They are so friendly and really tried to help us get as comfortable as possible. we stayed for 3 days, the food, staff, location, free parking, the room, the pub, everything was perfect. Built in the 17th century, the Bird in Hand Inn retains many period features including Cotswold stone walls and beamed ceilings. There is a large fireplace in the winter and a terrace for summer dining. Warm, welcoming,friendly, helpful staff. Rooms spacious and very clean and comfortable. Excellent meals - Breakfast and Dinner, very quick service, and delicious. Perfect location as a base for exploring the Cotswolds. Abundant parking, nice quiet location. Wished I could pick it up and take it with me on my travels. Highly recommend.

Our room was extremely comfortable and there are all sorts of special touches around the property. The staff are amazing and the food at the restaurant  delicious English fare.

It's not often that you really love the accommodation you book, but we certainly loved the Harcourt Arms. It ticked all the boxes: the staff were friendly and attentive, and very caring when our 6yo boy became unwell; we loved our comfy, spacious, room and the clean, bright bathroom; the whole dining experience at dinner and breakfast, the beautiful lounge area with open fire and couches. This was our favourite stay during our UK trip and will remain on our favourites list.
