Built in the 17th century, the Bird in Hand Inn retains many period features including Cotswold stone walls and beamed ceilings. There is a large fireplace in the winter and a terrace for summer dining. A lovely pub in the countryside, but not too far from Witney. Lovely building, friendly staff, great food, quiet courtyard accommodation. There is ample car parking to one side of the inn. For breakfast, there is a choice of seating, indoors or outdoors in a lovely garden area. Breakfast was delicious!!!

Beautiful return in time staying in a period cottage

Everything....nothing to much trouble even late arrival. I would go out of my way to stay here cannot give enough complements.

Guest rooms in Royal Oak Ramsden are equipped with a flat-screen TV and bathrobes.  Staying at the Royal, Oak was a highlight of our weeklong trip in England. The end exudes, warmth and charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and there are all sorts of special touches around the property. The staff are amazing and the food at the restaurant  delicious English fare.

With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The property is allergy-free and is located 17 km from University of Oxford. It's not often that you really love the accommodation you book, but we certainly loved the Harcourt Arms. It ticked all the boxes: the staff were friendly and attentive, and very caring when our 6yo boy became unwell; we loved our comfy, spacious, room and the clean, bright bathroom; the whole dining experience at dinner and breakfast, the beautiful lounge area with open fire and couches. This was our favourite stay during our UK trip and will remain on our favourites list.

Situated in Alvescot in the Oxfordshire region, Ty Nant Cottages and Suites offers self-catering accommodation in Cotswold stone farm buildings dating back to the 1700s. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free parking is available. We had a late arrival, after a long journey - cottage was warm, clean and spacious for 6 adults.
