From the welcome we received from Billy the concierge, complete with a chocolate rum drink,to a pleasant suprise seeing the modern ,immaculate bedroom,bathroom,and views ( we were on the sixth floor), to Michael in the bar welcoming us and chatting about Liverpool,and finally the meals we had for breakfast and evening meals were absolutely fabulous,Molly and another polite young man,were efficient,polite ,helpful and engaging,10 out of ten for our whole experience.

Everything in the house worked as it should. There's nothing to complain about. It's an incredible value.

The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room was big and spacious, we had tea and coffee available. Also there is complimentary breakfast which is quite nice. I would 100% come back.

With lake views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is located 25 km from Aintree Racecourse. This apartment is really something special! I was looking for somewhere for myself and my bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my wedding, and as this was going to include where we would be getting ready in the morning, it needed to be spacious and comfortable (and somewhere that would look good for the photos!). The apartment ticked all those boxes and in person it is exactly how it looks on the listing. I really want to thank the owner Louise who could not have done more to help and made this part of the wedding planning so easy. She went above and beyond from answering my many questions about things like parking for the hair and make up artists, to providing an ice bucket for the champagne on the morning of, to recommending somewhere for Sunday brunch. She even helped with other guests’ accommodation as they booked her other property! Thank you so much!! Overall, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable beds, modern appliances (the plug sockets that pop out of the kitchen island were a godsend for all the hair curlers/straighteners etc!), amazing location in Southport with a great view, very clean, and parking is a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here!

If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible in the surroundings. A basic complimentary breakfast consisting of toast/bread, cereal, tea and coffee is provided at the property. It was a wonderful, peaceful stay there. I would highly recommend that place to anybody who wants to live in a quiet place, having around very kind people who would give you a hand anytime.
