Can't comment on staff as they left you alone, but everything was there on arrival and everywhere was nice and clean.

Very nice owners. Exactly what I would expect from a British cottage hotel. Quiet area and surrounding. And most importantly: comfortable bed!! It is not too hard or feels like springs in your back. It is big and I could sleep across (almost). Gigantic shower. Fridge in the room. Free tee and coffee.
