The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. It’s pet friendly which was important for me as I was able to bring my dog. It’s in a good location. There was a bar which was warm and welcoming.
The location for exploring the area was perfect. Also it was truly pet friendly which was wonderful for me and my dog.The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
Very nice little welcome hamper. Stunning location and impeccable property with beautifully understated Christmas decorations. Also being pet friendly was a huge bonus - there's not many gorgeous properties like this that allow dogs. Overall a fabulous stay and would definitely book again.
Beautiful location, great sized room with super helpful staff and food delicious too. With it being pet friendly, our dog was easily accommodated.
The staff I met were friendly and the selection of malts at the bar was very good if not a little pricey. However, sipping the malt in the very nice hotel foyer was lovely. I also like the fact that there were no dogs allowed so the place was clean and spotless. It's amazing what a mess and smell dogs can make. I always avoid "pet friendly" establishments as they are dirty.
Fantastic hotel, friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay brilliant. Pet friendly, there were dog bowls in the room for our dog too. The bathroom was large and clean. Excellent location.
We were really pleased to find out that ‘pet-friendly’ is indeed VERY pet friendly. On our round trip throughout Scotland we noticed many hotels allow dogs in the room. But Glen Mhor takes that to the next level by letting your furry buddy accompany you to the diner and breakfest. Staff was also outstanding and friendly!
We wanted a convenient, dog-friendly and comfortable stop-over en route to Orkney - the hotel gave us all of that, with really friendly and efficient service too. Although all the pet-friendly rooms are on the ground floor, and our two rooms looked out across the car park to the small road and river, it was a super-peaceful night's rest for us all. We also ate at the restaurant and were more than happy with our meals and the service there too.
Beautiful location and easy access/check in to the property. Rooms were clean and lovely views onto the lake. On arrival the property had provided a pet towel and pet package for our dog. Quiet and peaceful location. Breakfast was delicious, fast service and good produce. Staff are extremely accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you.
