However it was stunning scenery, beautiful location and magnificent views of the sea/coast one way with the countryside the other way. It was very peaceful, quiet and private. Sadly it was too cold to spend much time outside, but the views were as good from our room. We had to cross the corridor to the bathroom, but it was a lovely bath we enjoyed and saw no one going to and fro. The breakfast was absolutely superb.

I appreciated the kindness of the hosts, who were very welcoming and open to give suggestions to help making my trip in Devon and Cornwall memorable. The room was quiet, as well as the rest of the house located close to any shop, bar or restaurant of the village, but still in a very quiet area. I could chose among a wide variety of food for breakfast, and it was very fresh and good. You feel comfortable like at home, and I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting the village.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 2.3 km from Porlock Beach and 14 km from Dunster Castle. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. The bed was by far the most comfortable one I had during this 14 days trip to England. The owners are super helpful and nice. Great breakfast!

Very great experience and very kind staff. The restaurent proposes a very good food for dinner, and breakfast is perfect ! My bedroom was perfect.
