However it was stunning scenery, beautiful location and magnificent views of the sea/coast one way with the countryside the other way. It was very peaceful, quiet and private. Sadly it was too cold to spend much time outside, but the views were as good from our room. We had to cross the corridor to the bathroom, but it was a lovely bath we enjoyed and saw no one going to and fro. The breakfast was absolutely superb.

The B&B was located in a beautiful village with great bus to both Barnstaple, and Lynton and Lynmouth. The highlight was a walk through the local church where we were greeted by Kipper the local cat, who so dutily gave us a tour. Local pub/restaurant does great food and there's a community shop nearby.
