The customer service at this hotel was exceptional! Everyone was absolutely wonderful and kind and friendly. The petite room is a little small for 2 friends, okay for a couple or single. The standard room was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was simple but wonderful and delicious. When it was time to leave Paris, leaving this hotel was the saddest part! Loved our stay and if I ever came back to Paris, I would 100% stay here again.

I think this hotel is one of the best that I’ve stayed so far. Its price/value is remarkable. Definitely recommend this!

Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. The staff was so friendly and kind and answered all questions we had. The man at the front desk in the morning showed us where to find the closest location to join the hop on/hop off tour and gave us a map. They gave us a spot to store our luggage because our room wasn’t ready, and had already put our luggage in our room for us when we returned late in the evening. The location was amazing - a quiet street and very close to the Luxembourg gardens which was perfect for a relaxed morning visit before we left.

Free WiFi is available throughout. it was just great, one of the best value for money i saw in recent years. staff yea super helpful and kind. tiny failures as in any building were fixed or at least tried to fixed. location is great with groceries store just across the street , and nice french bakery 3 min walk. rail station in very short walking distance. amd Versai palace is accessible by walking as well
