This is a kind of place where you artive as a guest and leave as a friend. Hassan's commitment to his guests is truly inspiring. He is always available for any questions and advice, and yet is always diplomatic and soft-spoken. Hassan also has a great sense of humour and talking with him is always a delight, in addition - his English language skills are fantastic. The hotel is located near the ferry dock and sees quite a bit of traffic - you are going to experience a real part of Luxor. It is a great place to stay for independent travellers who are looking for an authentic experience without tourist crowds. The rooms are basic, but super clean and very spacious, the linen and towels are all clean and fresh; the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable as well. You also have a very kind employee Mohammed to look after you - he is always helpful, attentive, and does a great job keeping everything clean and safe. The price for this place is also excellent. The hotel has a large rooftop terrace for sweeping views over the Nile. This is also where a lunch bufet is available frim 11a.m. to 3 p.m. We tried the food there, and were also very happy with the selection, price, and attitude. Yes, we were VERY happy with this hotel team, and could HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to those travellers who appreciate a genuine local hospitality!

The room is big with high ceilings and very clean and nice. The villa has a very beautiful and nice garden where you can enjoy a big and sumptuous breakfast in the morning. Owner is very friendly and helpful and can organize hot air balloon and private tour in a very reasonable price. When I asked for a hairdryer to use, owner specially bought one for my use as they didn't have a hairdryer in the villa! Highly recommend to stay here when visiting Luxor.

Its in good street and the owner is a great guy, really helpfull. I would recommend this place to all people I know going to Luxor!

Valley of Queens and Hatshepsut Temple is 2 km away from Nour El Balad. Luxor International Airport is 20 minutes by car. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. Beautiful and quiet place close to the west bank main attractions. We truly had an amazing stay here and I cannot recommend this place enough. The building is traditional and beautifully decorated. The rooftop terrace has wonderful views. Showers are hot, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and it was amazing every time. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Bikes can be rented next door and this is an excellent way to explore all the sights, even the ones on the east bank. Look no further when you’re visiting Luxor. We will definitely come back.

Villa Diletta is located 30 meters from the Nile River in the West Bank of Luxor. From the Nile aboard you can use the motor boat service, or of a municipal ferry. The property is about 30 meters from a number of restaurants. As there are many good comments about the host Mohamed, it was a really wonderful host. First of all, we have to evaluate Mohammed. In most cases, when I stay in a hotel in Egypt, I try to force them to buy a lot of tours, but Mohamed was not like that. They will provide it only if you consult me when I need it. We will also arrange all the taxis and boats to move to the destination and return to the inn. And I was able to trust him because he offered me a reasonable price. There was absolutely no push selling. Because he is a strict person, I was able to trust his colleagues. Some drivers tried to connect to the business, but if there is anything, if you consult with Mohamed, there will be no problem. His wife is Italian, so he may understand different cultures. It wasn't very Egyptian. He's the type of person that is also favoured by Japanese people. The room I stayed in also had a balcony, so I could sit on a bench and spend a relaxing time while looking at the plants in the courtyard. I'm grateful to him for having a comfortable stay. The breakfasts that Mrs. Adel prepares are amazing, and makes you more than full for the day long, with his little boy Muhammed they make your day sunny with a full smile. Mohaz is helpful with everything you need, and off course, Mr. Omar, the manager of the place is a beautiful kind person with the best English that you may find around and he is eager to arrange your travel needs in minutes.
