The room was exactly as how you see it in the pictures (if not better). Everything was very neat and with high-quality furniture. The building is great, clean and looks very new. Self check-in is very easy and practical! We arrived late at night and left the car in the underground parking for 250 czk (open 24hr). It is cheap considering your car will be safe and secured from bad weather. Some comments say the parking lots are small, but I think it was just like any other place in Europe. They accept card only if you stay at least 7 days, less than that they only take cash, but we payed in Eur with current conversion. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary.

It offers spacious rooms and suites, a restaurant and exclusive spa centre with medical facilities with a relaxing pool, a meditation spa, a dry and steam sauna, a salt cave and a gym. The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. I had already visited Karlovy Vary for a day trip years ago and I decided if I ever came back I would stay in the Grand Hotel Pupp. The hotel did not let me down, on the contrary, I was even more surprised with the structure of the hotel, the nice and helpful staff, the large and confortable room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was also unforgetable! Even if the hotel is traditional, I enjoyed the modern twist in some of it (such as the pool and the restaurant).

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The vast wellness, beauty and fitness area provide a superb possibility for relaxation. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

Among the facilities at this property are a concierge service and a minimarket, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 23 km from Castle and Chateau Bečov nad Teplou. Our stay was absolutely perfect, amazing price and very clean apartment, host was very helpful and speaks perfect English
