We loved the place. Nice view and quiet place.

A barbecue is available on site and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of Finca La Selvita. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The finca it a little piece of paradise in the middle of a lush tropical jungle. It’s a bit of a hike up, which is important to be aware of, but it is beyond worth it once you arrive to the gorgeous and serene cabaña, with the most incredible views, and are greeted with freshly squeezed orange juice from the countless fruit trees on the property. Additionally, Polo is a wonderful host with tons of knowledge and expertise in all the abundant nature that makes up his finca. We took the chocolate (and fruit) tour he offers and it was out of this world. You get to walk around the land trying all the delicious fruits (including the yummy cacao fruit, which I had never tried before!) and then shows you the whole process of chocolate-making from bean to chocolate bar. And of course you get to try the chocolate in every stage (including drinking it out of a shot glass. Need I say more?). This is not just an accommodation, it’s a whole adventure, and I could not recommend it more. (oh ya! and the bed was suuuuuper comfortable & mosquito net actually functional, which is not always the case.)

Helped us with the directions on how to get there, how to get to Parque Tayrona and how to get to Minca. The accomodation is kind of in the jungle with a 5-10 min ride by mototaxi to get there, so it's super calm and embedded in nature. The chicken wrap is amazing!!

The bus to Tayrona National park stops right at the entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited Tayrona overnight and were offered to shower when we returned!

Great walking, hiking & running trails all around the hotel. The best bit is the river crossing on arrival - adds to the whole adventure. Loved it! Book it!
