Opening in December 2016, Boutiquehotel Anker Luzern is located in a historical building in the centre of Luzern, right on the Pilatusplatz square.

The rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units feature a seating area where you can relax. Certain units have views of the mountain or city. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and a hairdryer. Hotel was just great. The room layout was a bit interesting, and I was concerned that it won't accomodate 5 people, but in the end it did quite well. The upper terrace with jacuzzi was very nice (kids really enjoy it spending time in there after a long walk through town and the Transportation Museum) and the views were amazing (especially watching the sky at night and mountains in the morning) Breakfast was very good and we really enjoy it. The staff was just wonderful, very helpful and accomodating. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Luzern

The Culture and Convention Centre and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away. exceptional attention to detail. really appreciated the personal touches that were above and beyond expectation e.g. the diaper bin and cot. staff were also especially helpful and attentive.

Clean, comfortable and warm, even though it was less than 5 degrees Celsius outside (mix of wooden stove and electric heater). The view was breathtaking and the only sounds are the nearby river, the birds and the bells from sheep. The hosts were simply amazing and Ploy's Thai food is a must-get.
