The rooms which were renovated in 2018 all come with cable TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. We expected a modest hotel as a stop over on our way back from Italy. We arrived very late resulting from terrible traffic problems. The staff were lovely, we were able to have dinner before going to our room , & they were very kind and attentive. The hotel was immaculate, very comfortable , dinner was delicious, everything exceeded our expectations.

Rooms in the hospice building were renovated in 2010 and feature a private bathroom. The basic rooms at the hotel have shared bathroom facilities. Location is great. Food in the restaurant is great at dinner time. Breakfast given at restaurant next door is average. Room heating is good. Overall it's a good place as long as we know what we are going to get.
