We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly. We like to travel with our dog and being able to have him stay with us was great. The staff at the Village Inn were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. We loved the location. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast which was included. We went to a local restaurant Jack’s (within walking distance) because we could bring our dog with us (outside patio). Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Very pet friendly with a designated area for our dogs. Continental breakfast was extensive as an included feature. Appreciated the extra seating areas that were more private and catered to solo diners. USB ports and power outlets were literally everywhere. Will come back to stay here. The staff was polite and very helpful.
Met all basic needs and they are a real pet friendly place, not a dog only friendly place like some other motels. Expedia and Bookings need to be more visually apparent with their pet friendly icon and not spell it out in the fine print of each and every listing. How about dog and cat icons instead of one pet icon.

The property is a convenient location, with great suites that are pet friendly. This is the perfect place to stay in Ottawa, whether with pets or kids, and it offers lots of fantastic features to make travellers comfortable and happy. The staff is especially welcoming and wonderful, even offering treats to our dogs, which is the surest way to ensure the pets are happy! And if the pets are happy, mom’s happy!
The staff was extremely kind and nice and we loved the fact that it's pet friendly and it's not just a tolerance. They really love pets and you feel welcome with your furry friend from your first steps inside where there's a bowl of water for the dogs. Then everyone was really kind and the facilities are clean and enjoyable. The appartment is big enough and well organised and you have everything you need (toaster, fridge, dish washer, iron).
We had our 2 small dogs and was impressed with how pet friendly tbe hotel was. They had a dog bed, and bowls plus they left dog treats for our girls.
