I honestly felt like Al Swearengen from the show Deadwood, surveying the town from his wide deck atop the Gem Saloon. What a view and what a great spot to stay near Tablelands in Gros Morne. Having a local graveyard literally next door was cool too; I always enjoying soaking up a place's history by paying respect to those who lived there before.

Staff at reception are exceptional. Friendly, helpful. We had a late check in and they could not have been nicer. Room was quiet and the ocean view was fabulous. Who wouldn't want to wake up with a balcony overlooking the ocean?

Convenient location a with a view.
Great location: near beach, hiking, close to Rocky Harbour, and Western Brook Pond. Lived the cabin. Hosts make it very homey and welcoming.
Chris and Gail were friendly, kind, and responsive - excellent hosts. The location is quiet and an easy (20-25mins) walk to the centre of Rocky Harbour where there are shops, cafes, etc. It was a great location with quick and easy to access all of Gros Morne NP.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The place gave us a feeling of home away from home. The way how the dining/common room area is set up allows people to talk and make friends. It is conveniently located in Rocky Harbour, easy access to the road, trails, restaurants and grocery stores. The pharmacy crossing the road sells food and vegetables as well.
Great eggs Benedict for breakfast. Great location for beach combing.
This place is incredible value and has everything you could possibly need, and some of the cabins are pet friendly! We will definitely be returning. What a gem. Impeccably clean and great service.

Located at the top of the valley in Corner Brook; the facilities are brand new and beautiful; comfortable bed, I really appreciate that the host seems to value the environment and has clear signage on recycling. Induction stove which is great and ONLY inconvenient because my dad came over to cook lobster and couldn't use the large pot on the stove! Pet friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant on site. I would definitely stay again!
Loved the fact that our cabin was pet friendly. We chose it for this reason. Cabin was a bit smaller than we anticipated but it was still good. It was a short drive into our hiking destinations each day.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was unique and delicious. The hostess and host were very friendly and obliging. Was very happy that was pet friendly.
