So friendly and accommodating. She even made sure I didn't lose my washing I had put outside when it became windy whilst I was out. She was personable and she was genuine in her care shown. Not once did we feel uncomfortable. She even went to the effort of the little things like having washing powder, and some snacks ready on hand. It was a quick walk to the crown plaza. And even better there is a free bus into town right around the corner. It felt safe The bed was comfortable. The accommodation was super clean. The shower pressure was so good. Cannot rate high enough. Thanks Rowena for making our stay one to remember. We appreciate you 🙏

Walking distance to beach, a sweet little cafe with an excellent breakfast. Perfect.

The apartment was very clean, aesthetic and well fitted out. Basic provisions made cooking a family meal easy. It just had everything we needed for a stay, including microfibre towels, coffee, apple tv. Solid brick building meant it was quiet and best of all , our doggies were welcome. Proximity to the beach is awesome and highly recommend a dip in the ocean pool.

This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The accommodation offers a lift and private check-in and check-out for guests. Everything! Especially the communication with the host. You are supplied with a check-in and check-out list one day before you arrive. The instructions are very clear and quite straightforward. We received a text message about 20 minutes after our expected check-in time, asking us if everything was OK and if we needed anything to just reach out. I needed to contact Petro more than a couple of times (with questions I had, not due to anything in or around the apartment), and I was always made to feel welcome and not a nuisance. There's nothing better than knowing that the people who own the property still care for and about it, but more importantly, they care for and about the people renting the place. Access to the apartment is easy (again, thoroughly explained in the pre-check-in documentation). We were welcomed with cheese and crackers, wine in the fridge, and chocolate (we only consumed the cheese - and it was great!), so that was a lovely touch to help us feel at home. The apartment itself is just gorgeous. It is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully supplied. There is a sense of calm as you walk through the light and breezy apartment to the comfortable lounge. And it just keeps getting better. You only need to look from the wrap-around balcony to experience bliss. The proximity to the central strip in Kiama is a short five-minute walk away, and everything you can think of is available. WOW! I don't want to give away too much about this place because you need to experience it yourself. We're going back in July!

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Beautifully decorated and Dora had thought of everything we could have needed.

The house is incredibly tasteful and comfortable, just as it appears in the photos. It's also in an absolutely perfect location - a few minutes' walk in one direction takes you into town, and a couple of minutes in the other direction and you're on the beach! We found it very easy to do lots of nearby activities, but because the house was so nice (with a lovely little outdoor courtyard, too) that we were equally comfortable just relaxing at home. What really set the house apart for us (on top of all these delightful things) was the communication with the host. We had a few little questions during the booking process and she replied instantly and warmly each time. Then we had to reschedule at the last minute as one of our party came down with Covid, and she was SO kind about accommodating us and making sure we got to a solution that worked for everyone. We really got the feeling that the house wasn't just a commercial property, it was a much-loved home that the host enjoyed making available to others. What a special place. We will be back!
