Great stoep with views and a daybed and great umbrella. Excellent sheltered braai. Very responsive hosts. Wifi and games included and plenty of towels and etc. We drove to lagoon from there but its close to skulpiesbaai and viewpoint. Comfortable beds.

The location is utterly magical and it is one of the few places on the river that you can go for a long walk on the property away from the river. The walk down to the river through the olive trees and daily swims just perfect and the cottage itself was simple, beautiful and comfortable with old established trees and views across to the river from the stoep. The people taking care of the property were kind and helpful. We had a lovely trip.
