Great location, near to the hot springs. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and really helpful, going out of their way for us which we really appreciate! The room was comfortable and good value for money. The breakfast was nice and included freshly made bread and cakes.

The pools - and especially the associated thermal water park/spa - were amazing. Unlike anything I've ever seen in any other part of the world. Really fun for the entire family. We all loved that part.

The staff were quite fantastic and could not have been more helpful. The 1860 building and grounds delightful and much history associated with the building. Very quiet yet located on main shopping street v central.
I was lent a kettle which I really appreciate for making tea.the open fire at breakfast a pleasure too.

The room is large and in a lovely apartment with great common areas and a balcony. Everything is clean, and the owner speaks good English and is very nice, helpful and flexible with our arrival and departure times. It does not look like the pictures in the booking page at all (probably another apartment). It is located in the main street of the town center, so it's very easy to visit and there is a bus stop reaching the Termas only two blocks away.
The location was fantastic. Three Kings Day celebrations occurred on the street in front of the property. A large indoor supermarket is across the street. Many shops, restaurants, banks, etc. are on the street in front of the property and up and down the street for a few blocks. It was in walking distance to small city parks and larger park at the Uruguay River.
Check in was smooth. Front desk lady was very nice. Elevator worked fine. Room is kind of dated but more than adequate. Location of hotel is perfect. Had a great stay. Loved that there was secure parking. Check out was also smooth. Would stay here again.
