Staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. It’s not always the case in hotels now.
Hotel has lots of character and the room was huge, well-appointed and comfortable.
Free wine hour between 5-6pm was a pleasant surprise.

I thought the staff were incredibly accommodating. Especially as I managed to mess up my initial booking. When I arrived, they fixed my error. The manager was brilliant.
