The room was exceptionally comfortable. Extras like free bike use, pour over coffee in the room, more coffee in reception and happy hour with local brews and wine were nice touches. Most importantly Chet was a terrific host with spot on tips for dinner and cocktails.

nice location, 200m from beach, studio was equipped with a small kitchenette, one sleeping room and one living room with a sofa bed.
floor is carpet and abit old so difficult to clean thogh stuff was very cooperative and did the daily cleaning whenever requested.
The property has an excellent location right at the beginning of the boardwalk, just steps from the beach. The beds are super comfortable, the carpet new and the towels soft. We got a full sized fridge and a stove top with dishes and utensils, pots and a pan. My whole family enjoyed our stay here.
