The bedroom looked « old” and although small, was adequate. There was a large dresser and a desk with chair. The « double » bed was comfortable but on the small side. The bathroom facilities were adequate and clean. The closet had plenty of space and wooden hangars. The heater worked very well.

Loved this hotel, historic, clean, family run, dog friendly and the most welcoming staff. The restaurant breakfast is fantastic, order small plates because the servings are generous.
The room was cheerful and warm, the staff informative and fun to talk to. Breakfast was very good. We walked everywhere, took the mine tour, Most places were pet friendly. It was off season, so the lounge was not open, we were directed to the 6th and Cedar Saloon where we had a blast talking with the Chef of The Blackboard Cafe and shared lots of ghost stories with the locals.
The hotel is a little older but it’s in great shape. It was pet friendly which was what we were looking for, and it had a pool even though we weren’t able to use it because we arrived so late. The café that we had breakfast and the next morning was delicious and very convenient.
