The hotel's website is beautiful, the place itself not. It is located at Lake Arrowhead in a nice alpine setting, but there is only a tiny beach to access the lakefront. To get there, you have to get though two sets of fences. The views are nice, but there are no trails to walk if you do not drive for 10 minutes. The Lake Arrowhead mall is dated and there is a lot of construction going on.

The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Facilities in the room/ bathroom were excellent. Front of house were generally very helpful.
