The breakfast was very good lots to eat and food was hot. When food started to get low staff were very good to refill it quickly.
Also found the check in staff were very kind and helpful when we were looking for restaurants near by to eat.

Staff was great, breakfast was ok. Hotel is further away from the city, but it’s also much more affordable than a hotel downtown. We had a great stay thank you! Can absolutely recommend for a trip with friends or couple if you’re looking to save money. Room was clean and the one bed we had was comfortable. Couch was ok too.

The hotel is a bit old, but the size of the room is large, and the bed was comfortable. When the printer was not working at the business centre the staff at the reception was nice enough to print what I needed. checking in and out was quick, free coffee at the reception area and most of all the hotel was pet friendly which I why I booked in the first place. They even have a dog path and relief area for your furry family.
The location to the airport! Had a long transit and needed a place to sleep and refresh. The closeness to the airport is the best thing about this experience. The room was clean too, even though a bit threadbare. It was a very cold Chicago night in December and the heater worked perfectly. When i saw the state of the carpet i was concerned for a bit. The price also came close.
First off, the staff was lovely and tried hard. Bed was comfortable although quite soft. Shuttle to airport was handy. Pet friendly and you will be charged $25 for the pet fee.
