We were very blessed by Jude, who was so helpful and cheery upon our check in and also when he asked him for information. He was so willing to help.
That was a great plus point.

Everyone was so welcoming and sweet! Even a maintenance guy outside, I had a lovely conversation with!
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
We loved the bright and spacious family suite. The vintage decor and theme were fun. In the morning we had crepes and drip coffee for breakfast. There were twin beds for the kids and a king size bed in a separate space. Our room had a clawfoot tub! The location in Petaluma was convenient and onsite parking was free. This has been the favorite hotel on our trip to CA. There are airstream campers to stay in as well as bike rentals. The staff were friendly and helpful. We recommend!
I went there with two girlfriends to celebrate my 80th birthday. We loved the location because we could walk to everything downtown... We loved the little Turkish restaurant only a block away.
We all three loved the funkiness and the charm of each room and each area in the hotel and the petanque court.
We didn't use the bikes but we were glad they were there.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the Mexican women that were making the crepes...so sweet.
This hotel is so cute and completely redone . A lot of people mention the mildewy smell but it didn’t bother me it’s expected it’s an old silk mill which is so cool btw ! Very cute room and they’re dog friendly which is awesome and the location was nice and quiet . Only thing I do wish they had was a smart tv to watch some Netflix but it wasn’t a big deal the bed was super comfy and shower was clean .
I loved that it was a pet-friendly hotel with plenty of space in the room and the bathroom. Although it was on street level it was quiet in my room and dark with the blackout curtains - plenty of privacy. I loved the location - so close to everything in Petaluma. I also loved the little park and all of the greenery around the property.
Well designed lobby/dining area, well-designed room for both sleep and movable work desk. CLEAN BATHROOM and general CLEANINESS of the faculty. Really exceeding my expectation. Pet Friendly, too. My dog really loved the room and it didn't smell of other dogs. That's a big plus.
