The most convenient hotel for families with small kids. Carpeted floor allowed kids to play on the floor (unlike hardwood or tile which is common for other hotels), paper plates and cups for breakfast reduced stress for parents that kids can break the plates or cups. Very nice breakfast. Laundry room and 24-h market on the ground floor added comfort to our stay there. Nice location - close to Kennywood Park

Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
The apartment was spacious and remarkably well-equipped, especially the kitchen. In all my years of travel, I've rarely encountered a kitchen so thoroughly stocked with small appliances – from a coffee maker and toaster to a blender and even a popcorn maker. Additionally, the apartment was clean and relatively quiet. Though neighbors and their dogs were occasionally audible, everything settled down by around 9 pm. The location is incredibly convenient and nestled within a tranquil neighborhood.
Pet’s stayed free. Staff was helpful and polite. No noise from adjacent rooms other than plumbing sounds. Good location for accessing everyday necessities on a long stay.
Room size was spacious , the arrangement and type of furniture in the room was awesome.
Breakfast was great. Lots of options for all ages.
Location was fabulous. As we were visiting the temple in the morning the drive was a mere 7 minutes via local roads.
Lots of good food around and almost all types of stores.
Saw some furry friends in the night. Not sure the hotel was pet friendly or not.
Did not find enough time to visit the pool and gym but kids were seen happily enjoying it,
My room was located where it was quite and the room was comfortable. My only small problem was the carpet was not as clean as I would expect but it was ok and not a disturbing issue. The breakfast coffee and snacks were very good. The room cleaning service employees were very friendly and professional. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. they wer professional and did whatever they could to take care of any issues I may have had.
Was there with a group of people. Dirty, dated, carpets were stained, beds sheets were stained. Had to change my room. Several people that I travel with left location. One family slept in their vehicle until the next morning. Paid $700 for 3 nights and still had to pay for breakfast, $15 per person and it was terrible. Worst hotel ever! Terrible terrible terrible!!!
Excellent location. Room was clean. Small microwave and small refrigerator were provided. Two double beds, both comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is pet friendly, but no pets caused us difficulties. No free breakfast, but free coffee and cider were available in lobby and coffee maker was in room. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I hope they will continue with remodeling in bathroom.
