The honest truth is I didn't like anything about the place. It has gone downhill since 2021, the staff and management are rude and unprofessional. They need to hire a whole new staff with the correct qualifications to run a nice hotel in Miami lakes. The rooms smelled old and humid and I can also smell the marijuana in the halls. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.
The location was great! I would've expected more from the reviews. The bed linens were very clean. It was an okay stay for the most part. We were only there for two nights.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was better than last time I was there. Location is perfect . They allow dogs , which is very convenient for people traveling with fur babies
