Rooms were clean and neighbors were quiet. They allowed us to have pets with us and were flexible with out check-in times when we were running late. The location was great and was close to the downtown area and hikes we wanted to visit.
The hotel is listed as a pet-friendly facility, but they did not honor that when I was checking in. Staff at desk, and whoever he called should have made an exception for us as we have stayed there with our dog on 2 other occasions. Not even apologetic when they saw what a difficult situation they put us in.
This hotel was perfect! got to park right in front of your door. very clean and the bed was comfortable. descent breakfast. and pet friendly. only $15 fee
