The hotel lobby’s appearance and its staff were very welcoming. I usually try to stay at the Hampton Inn just up the road, but not anymore! I’ll be coming back to this Comfort Suites! Comfy beds, clean rooms, best price!

Nothing!! Worst experience EVER! Dirty, stunk, dingy, I didn’t want to touch anything. I was so tired but couldn’t sleep because of my surroundings and noice, in addition to the bed being rock HARD! The pillows were horrible quality. I was not happy that I paid an addition $25 to have my dog when that was not disclosed during the booking in which I paid in full at the time of the booking. Nor have a gotten my $50 deposit back that he said I would be refunded upon checkout. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed when I asked for an extra towel & pillow. But…I never took a shower there…we checked out at 4:30am just to get out of there.

The breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast. However, the breakfast attendant was very RUDE and impolite!! Other patrons even witnessed this and didn't know how I was able to hold my composure. The grace of GOD! This Lady was far beyond rude!!
