The Harborview Inn is clean, pet friendly, and central to small town hospitality! The local fishermen launch right outside of Inn parking area. I love the activity and visiting with staff, locals and visitors. Walking with my dog is a frequent activity that is varied in scenery, peaceful and camera view safe. Garibaldi offers great food, and driving minutes to Tillamook, Bay City, Barview and Rockaway.
Modern updates, large room, pet friendly and good included breakfast. Breakfast alone makes it worth is since early morning choices are slim in Garibaldi when you need fuel to get about your day.
It’s a great value for the location - 10 min to the ocean coast by car. Also, I liked a smart and thoughtful interior design that had all necessary things in the small space. Especially I want to say thank you for the pet friendly room that has separate towel and blanket specially for dogs🤩
Room was clean and complete. We had a pet-friendly room since it was the only one available, even though we didn't have a pet, and I thought it smelled a little like dog. My partner didn't smell it though.
Location, room size (handicap handbars) shower, staff nice - they even gave us a towel, bowel, and in the lobby they gave our dog a doggie bone. We didn't use the bowl or the towel.
The management gave us a recommendation for food.
There was a truck that was close to the motel. I was told it has great fish dishes.
They were closed when I called. I think it was 5pm.
A friend of ours told us that the Fisherman's Korner Restaurant. It was super, especially clam chowder-best I tasted on our Oregon Coast trip.
