The room was nice and comfortable but we chose this place as it included breakfast. No breakfast available as the delivery hasn’t arrived ! The attitude of the guy on reception was so bad. We asked for money back as we had paid for breakfast but he couldn’t do that either. No apology. Nothing. He really didn’t care. The fact that the advert says includes breakfast needs to be removed as equipment for making things like waffles looks as if it’s never been used. So I would say they pull this stunt every day ! Will def not be recommending this place.

Got locked inside room. The room wasn’t what was presented on the website I booked on.

The hotel was great, I didn't like that in the description of the hotel it listed that it was pet friendly and upon arriving I found out there was a $75 charge. I didn't budget for that expense. Please put that amount on sites.
My room was nasty. Stains in the carpet, smelled and splatter on the wall. Will not stay there again. However will be doing a lot of business in Bowling Green surrounding area. The best part was the cheap but free hotdogs and burgers. Sorry but you need to clean that hole up. Not a good image for IHG brands.
The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful as we were traveling with our dog and needed extra help.
