We didn't report to the hotel management but my daughter's said that someone tried to get into our hotel room an they opened the door luckily they had the chain bolt on so they couldn't get in I just assumed they were drunk an got the rooms mixed up

When I got there my reservation was canceled because I booked it on booking.com. being it was a third party booking booking.com couldn't see the was no rooms. I got there with no reservations thanks to booking.com!! I had to walk to another hotel that was a very horrible hotel.

I didn't like anything but check out time!
They charged my friend for her service dog and told us they were call the police ID out company didn't leave by 10 p.m they chased my friend down in the parking lot to tell her she had to pay more pet fees and that we couldn't unload anything out of the haul we were in.
