This hotel is my husband and I's favorite hotel of all time! We stay here anytime we go to Pittsburgh. They have an amazing bar and restaurant and the staff have always been so kind and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfy as well! I definitely recommend.

I really liked the ladies who checked me in, they were very pleasant and professional. They allowed me to check in a little earlier which was a total blessing. The check out was great as well, the same ladies from check in answered every question as well as handle e with great care. They were very warm in dealing with my concerns. The hot breakfast was really hot and delicious I must. I was surprised that it had many varieties to choose from. Even the juice machine was cold without ice and each taste like they were supposed to. All in all I had a great and will return there for my next trip to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
