I loved the place. It was a small apartment, brand new, with all the utilities you could ever need. A complete kitchen, lot of space, a fantastic bed. The structure of the hotel itself is super nice, it's like a small village. The receptionist was nice, kind and helpful. It's one of the best accomodations of this kind we ever experienced!

Booking.com is a ripoff. I get to the hotel and I am told that my six night stay is $900 dollars because it is a Hilton property. Booking.com told me the complete stay for 6 nights at the hotel was $78 dollars. Because of Booking.com I had to pay the hotel $179 dollars to cancel the fraudulent reservation. I will make sure to alert everyone I can not to use Booking.com.

This is the booking for ESA Blue Ash Cincinnati. I approached the hotel around mid night on 24th Jan 2024 and front office denied the check in as they haven't received the payment from booking com. Hence, I need to go to other Hotel at 1 am early morning and stayed there. It was so much difficult and lot of pain in midnight/ early morning to go to other hotel
As per ESA, they have'nt received the payment from Booking.com
I haven't stayed in ESA hotel room. Pl credit back/refund the amount to the same credit card at the earliest. Pl respond
