Manager let us change our original room. We were above trash truck, gardener, delivery area, constant noise all hours of nite and day. Room we got after that nightmare was terrific. Very clean, spacious and above all…peaceful. Manager also sent up and bottle of champagne, a card and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. That was extremely kind of him. He was great to work with and made things right. Lived how they picked us up and dropped us from airport. Overall the employees were all great.

The breakfast was okay and the location was okay... but all the furnishings, carpets, plumbing fixtures were all extremely dated and in desperate need of updating.
Large room and bathroom, nicely decorated. Plenty of storage. Nice kitchenette which we didn't use. Great breakfasts Loved the green juice. Did run out of cream one morning. Great laundry facility which I used a lot. Good location. Enjoyed people/dog-watching from the lounge.

Ski-in Ski-out at Ajax. Ski locker is literally next to the gondola. Location in town is also close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and recently updated. Numerous restaurants and bars on the property. Great staff, ready to assist with all wants and needs. Free shuttles to and from the airport, around town and to Aspen Highlands.

the location is amazing / vintage vibe / amazing facilities and service / free breakfast- they let you get your pets - that’s why we chose this place mostly / breakfast was on point.
This was my first stay at the Aspen Alps. We were there for Ruggerfest and couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The reason we chose the Aspen Alps was that it was dog friendly and we have a little French bulldog. The location was great! The grounds were beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!
