Amazing place, a beautiful garden and great Café with arts and crafts right in the middle of the city. Gaia hub very much stands out amongst other Hubs and guest houses. The food was amazing and all organic, the staff was very welcoming and took very good care of us. We had a great time and will definitely come back again. The property was very clean, newly painted, lots of flowers in the inner courtyard around which all the rooms are situated. The staff were very courteous, nothing was impossible for them and they understood all our requirements very well. Even though they didn't have a campfire facility, they promptly arranged some firewood and lit one in the carpark itself for us to chill. They really showed that we are quite valued to them. Toilets are clean, well equipped with hot and cold water with high pressure on the tap. Very clean sheets and towels.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Kalitusi. Especially the garden was very serene and beautiful, with a lot of different birds. The little wooden hut where I stayed was very comfortable and clean, the staff was amazing and the food was very good. I was sad to leave after just two nights

The staff at the Cottage provided superlative quality services! They were always helpful and went beyond what I would consider is reasonable. For example, the staff prepared a breakfast pack of coffee, toast and eggs for me when I had a 5am start. The food was excellent, dinners were like a gourmet restaurant for a modest price.

The hospitality we received from the workers. we were warmly welcomed and felt safe. The place is so calm and clean. we also had a breakfast ready in the morning for myself and family . We had a great view of the lakes and the mountains. And were very well taken care of by Hakim. We shall definitely visit again in a few months
