From arrival to leaving the staff treated as special guests, arranging us our taxi from the bus station, we was welcomed with glasses of fresh juice, the hotel has to be one of the best I've ever stayed in when it comes to hospitality.

We had an exceptional stay at Mirsoum Han. Our host, Diyor, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - nothing was ever a problem and all our requests were cheerfully accommodated without fuss. Language was no barrier at all despite the fact that we only speak English. We were truly made to feel like members of the family. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed with careful attention to modern design whilst maintaining the authenticity of the traditional stone architecture. The courtyard is a delightful shady refuge to while away the warmer hours of the afternoon, and the glorious rooftop terrace is a gorgeous spot to enjoy the sunset and a delicious dinner. Chef Medina is a master of the local cuisine. She prepares breakfast at the kitchen counter for each guest every morning. And she cooked us a truly delicious dinner on our last night. The hotel is located in a pedestrian-only zone (much of Mardin is steps), but this was no problem at all as Diyor had this well under control and organised assistance with getting the luggage to and from the hotel. I cannot recommend a stay at Mirsoum any more highly. For an authentic, peaceful and frankly beautiful stay in Mardin, look no further.

Overnight stay in the center of old Mardin right by the main street. A place where I felt at home. Atmospheric, although not for someone looking for a 5* hotel. The exceptional openness and kindness of the owner of the Ridvan hotel made you want to come back there again. Delicious breakfasts prepared by Nazan. I also wholeheartedly recommend trips organized by Ridvan, Midyat, Sanliurfa, Gobekli Tepe or Diyarbakır, for him there is nothing impossible to do 🙂

The location is amazing! Right in the middle of everything. Parking was a bit tricky but the hotel staff were great with helping us manage that side of it. Aircon was a lifesaver. Terrace was awesome as well. Such great views from the hotel terrace. Staff were helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. The location is right in the city center near to everything. The rooms had nice design and was big enough for two people. It was clean. The breakfast was 10/10. I would really recommend everyone to stay here and i will be back.

Excellent stay, very close (2 min) to the main street in Mardin where all the shops are located. The rooms follow the traditional "stone" alike, they are big and with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is very delicious. Best part is the host, who will do his best to accomodate everything. We also did a tour with him and managed to see a lot of interesting things and places.
