This was a beautifully-appointed, brand new and very modern apartment barely 100 meters from Ladies Beach, Kusadasi. So the apartment, facilities, location and convenience are superb. The on-site concierge provided our key. In the apartment, all the sliding doors had blackout curtains and were double-glazed for quiet. The air-conditioning was quiet and and efficient. It was only a short stroll to the sea-front esplanade for a huge choice of dining and entertainment options, even in the shoulder season when we were there. We had beautiful weather, and enjoyed a sunset dinner followed by a nice stroll home.

I would never stay in this hotel after this. It looks like the location was great, but the interior of the hotel is disgusting with dirty carpets, which caused me to have an allergy attack.
The hotel is situated on a nice part of the town, with many cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy yourself for at least a couple of days. The stuff is friendly, and they like talking to you. We needed extra blankets and some extra kitchen utensils and they arranged it for us. They are pet-friendly; the pool is amazing and the rooftop views are breath-taking. They serve some food and the there are also some sunbathing chairs and family lounges on the roof.
The rooms are clean and water gets warm properly.
Location is very nice, Kusadasi are in just 10 minutes by car, beach is in 5 minutes by car. Parking is near the villa. Good equipment kitchen. Rooms are big and comfortable. 2 washrooms were important point for big family. Also location is quite silent. Notice, that a few dogs are living near to the villa. They are very friendly and funny. Especially for us it was good point. They made our trip excellent. 😁
Really fancy hotel with an incredible sea view. The room was exactly as the photos and every day I came back to a gorgeous decoration on the bed with rose petals, I was a solo traveller but I thought it was really romantic. The staff are the nicest staff that I have ever met in any hotel I ever stayed in and are super helpful for any with every situation. The location is perfect, right beside the beautiful Marina and only minutes walk to everything.

Several very friendly stray dogs in and around the hotel that were very well looked after,
it was lovely to be greeted by them each time we returned to the hotel.

The breakfast had a wide range of traditional and international tastes. Our room was comfortable but noisy, but this was due to the central locational. We had a nice conversation with Doga, she gave us very good tips for how to explore nearby areas
The location is good, the female receptionist is very nice and helpful although the male that works at night is not so nice and pleasant and can usually be found sitting on the sofas in the main reception the the labrador dog that is always in the reception area. The cleaners are thorough and consistent. They provide laundry service at and additional cost, I can't commend on the breakfast as we didn't bother having it.
A great resort with great staff in a seafront location. Exceptional value for money even without being all inclusive. On that score the food was good if repetitive. Breakfast was wonderful, but the buffet lunch and dinner got a bit waring after a few days. When we visited - Easter - there were no other dinner options available, that may be different in peak season. That said, taxis are relatively inexpensive and in Socuk there are plenty of good value - and delicious - eating options for when you fancy table service / something different
