A clean and spacious apartment located very close to the sea. Impressively well equipped, perhaps even excessively so—after all, who needs a dishwasher in a hotel room?
The location is perfect, within walking distance from the sea, and close to the central park. A lot of cafes around. The room seems to have been renovated recently, everything was clean, the shower worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ok to stay a couple nights in the center of Izmir.

The hotel is located in a street that seemed shady and not-secure at first, but then realized it is normal there. It is about 1-2 blocks away from a busy walking main street, there were police petrol and lots of foot traffic even very late at night.
