Amazing check-in, fast and no problem, we were met at the gates, got keys and proceed to our rooms - my fastest check-in ever!
Breakfast was good, tasty, enough amount of food.
Rooms are nice, fresh, hot water in the shower.
Staff was extremely helpful and polite, smiling and kind.
Love our bungalow, the staff, the restaurant, the view, the landscape and the cleanliness level. Beautiful big time, very comfy area and the location is near to Karagol Nature park, an hour driving which suited our plan.
Location of the hotel is in the middle of Artvin however, it is so quiet and isolated in the same time. we booked for one bedroom villa and we were upgraded to two bedrooms villa with lake view (many thanks). Good space of villa and rooms were equipped with all essentials. breakfast menu is of limited options and dinner is better (amazing Kofte).
