As someone from Europe this was a very pleasant surprise. The owner is a person who understands the needs of a hotel guest. He knew the best places to get (or prepare) the local food and clothes I needed for further travel and at the same time was willing to prepare me outstanding European food for a decent price if I asked for it. He and his wife are willing to help and provide any information or meal you ask for.
He and his wife made the best food I ate ever, was able to provide taxi services, always up for a talk, super hygienic + laundry services and had the most comprehensive advice about the ways around Ubon. I honestly cannot praise this place enough. I will come back.

No elevator, not mentioned anywhere, old tv, only Thai, location is out of the way in a Thai neighbourhood, Great if you like barking dogs, male receptionist unhelpful, female receptionist very helpful
Home Vibes, shower 🚿 and toilet are separated between dry and wet partition. Relatively quiet in a small area but still close enough to walk to the main street to get a taxi and don't have to deal with soi dogs. Free oranges 🍊 when I stayed. The owners will leave you alone, but still communicate clearly when it's necessary. Definitely go back and highly recommend.
The location is perfect next to morning market and really close to night market. Everything you need is really close and the owners are really nice. They have a lot of plants growing in pots and two nice dogs.
Very nice and kind hotel owners. You can ask for a bicycle at the hotel (this is important, since the hotel is quite far from the city center). Around the hotel there is a beautiful garden and there is no city noise. The hotel is pet friendly, this is what was crusual for us.
