- The price is very competitive compared to many of the hotels on the island - not by the sea but just a few minutes walk to the beach, the island is not that big
Located just outside the main part of the island so can’t hear any of the noise inside your room. Loads of space in our room and so helpful to have a fridge. Pool was nice but not the cleanest (appreciate very hard to keep clean in rainy season). Fresh water and coffee every day.
Staff were amazing and also the best part of this hotel. They gave someone waiting to bring your luggage to and from the pier. The hotel doggos are very friendly 😀😃
Everything! The accommodation is lovely with doggies and kitties. Fully working aircon, nice little balcony and hot shower. Thip (sorry if I didn’t spelt it right) and the lady working alongside her were extremely friendly and so accommodating of our last minute changes. I will be back!
(As other reviews say it is noisy due to music from the beach but not their fault at all. Koh Phi Phi is a party island and it’s fun to join in! Perhaps if you’d like a quieter stay, relocate to the other side of the island )
Amazing staff, location although was a bit far from the pier (but a short walking distance) was perfect for us, far from the crowds, close to the beach and viewpoint.
Helpful staff, fresh water, cafe and tea available for use at all time.
The staff were friendly and it was a nice touch to provide breakfast, especially at the price. The hostel has gorgeous cats and a dog. It's in a good location, close to town but out of the mix. Good value for money.
The view from the restaurant area was incredible.
The staff were very friendly and kind.
The breakfast menu was very cheap plus they had fruit and other snacks that you could have for free for staying at the resort.
If you had any dramas you could contact the host to help you out at any time.
There were cats and dogs at the resort which made the stay very cute 🥰
Hard to find with google maps, better ask them before coming to mark location and ask them to show you how the door lock works if youre new in thailand. Big minus for reserving help with luggage for check out - confirmed in person, wrote done on note - no one showed up! Fortunetly we didnt stay at the top (lots of stairs), cool swimming pool, cleaning everyday if youd like, fresh towels every day withouth asking (love it), fresh water everyday and nice views. We really enjoyed Phi Phi :)
The staff were so so friendly and helpful, i felt so welcomed and I loved meeting the pets... I also didn't realise how many cats are just everywhere in Phi Phi!
The room was perfect - a decent size with a comfy bed, small balcony, fridge, kettle, desk and functional bathroom. Location was great as it was a bit further away from all the bars but still just a short walk from everything.
