It is a special place. Spacious, natural, calm, it feels like the place to be.
A wonderful villa, very close to the pier, not far from the beach with beautiful hosts who will help you whenever you need them but who also give you room for yourself.
Everything was as i could have hoped for. The best breakfast, laundry service, a wonderful balcony and a charming, clean well kept apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Beautiful room with all facilities you could need in a nice and quiet spot (bathroom in the tree house was really cool). Staff were lovely, kind and helpful and provided laundry, food and scooter rental all well priced without any problems. Near a scenic beach and close to the pier for the ferry.

When we arrived to Koh Jum Relax Beach, there was only one other person staying there and they were actually in the room that we had booked, so the staff upgraded us to one of the larger bungalows sitting right on the beach.

Lovely relaxing environment, beautiful hot springs and water ponds. Spacious accommodation and good food in restaurant. The best part - the lovely hotel dog. We are vets so the staff asked for advice for her skin condition. We advised that a Bravecto tablet every 3 months will sort out her skin!
This is a very nice place to stay. We were here for two nights, which was perfect. The hot springs on site are wonderful, and as a guest, you can use them as you wish. The food for us was very good and tasty. The staff were friendly and we felt welcome. The room was nice and it's important to remember the location is in the jungle so there will be bugs and frogs around. The massage was peaceful.

We didn't use any of the spa services due to time restrictions but they offered a range of natural therapies.

The place was very clean and very well priced. We were aware that the location was in the middle of no where but it was close to the Emerald Pools. We thought it would be easier to get there in the morning. This was not the case and it might be better to stay in Krabi town and join a day tour to the pools. Luckily we met a very kind man who offered to take us as well as take us to our next destination in Koh Lanta. The noodle place was great. A delicious pork noodle as well as chicken and even chicken feet is available.
