I was participating in a cycling event in Singha Park and this was so close and perfect location for the event. If you need to be close to Singa Park, this is perfect. The dad is very nice, and the owner (was in Europe at the time) very responsive. The place is simple but for 2/3 nights maximum it's totally fine.

The pool and breakfast area are lovely. The hotel is conveniently located at 5 minutes walk from bus station if you plan to go to/come from Chiang Mai. The Hotel has a lot of potential if they can do small investments such as renovating bedroom textiles, polishing floors and removing floor carpets on the 2 and 3 floors.
The owners are super friendly and can help you arrange a tour or give you suggestions for where to go. They also own several cute cats and dogs who will happily greet you. The rooms are spacious and overlook a small lake.
We loved the room! Amazing view and balcony and big comfortable bed. Lovely staff and cafe which has free toast and coffee and affordable other meals. Bikes free rent. The owners also own some dogs and cats which are so friendly.

The host, Apple, is simply the sweetest and she waa super helpful. The hotel is located right next to the bus terminal 1 and the night market but the street remains pretty calm. Everything was clean and cozy. And the dog Wesley is a highlight!!
Location, room size. Security men in the car park looking after my scooter. The lobby and breakfast rooms are very grand, but the hotel is looking rather tired and the carpets are very old. A refurbishment would go a long way to lift the hotel. The staff were nice, especially the lady who attended to our room
This hotel met all my expectations. The location is fantastic - you can easily walk to/from the bus station and there’s plants of restaurants, wats and the night market nearby. The room was comfortable and beautifully styled. The staff were lovely and provided a sweet breakfast pack each day. And of course the resident cats were adorable, especially Tao who had recently had kittens.
I love that it is really pet friendly. my puppy love the place, get to play with other dogs around the beautiful garden. love the environment. the place was carefully done up and taken care of. well done.
