To start the hotel is in a great location and I was greeted by an exceptionally competent and knowledgeable member of reception. I’d arrived late so it was a welcome bonus to have the option of coffee and waffles.
I usually travel with my family and have three children. They would not have been disappointed and it was nice to see things for them to do in the reception area, the waffles and breakfast would definitely have been a hit!

We picked the location and site as it was dog friendly and had good review. The chalet was very warm and comfortable. shower was excellent and the staff called to make sure we would arrive before reception closed. Breakfast to great, buffet with good selection of food. Great view of the lake and good dog walking.
