الاستاف كان كويس جدا وكان عندهم سماحية في وقت الخروج
Location is no doubt the best part, its right Infront of the Haram, initial room given at property was at the Royal floor but the AC was faulty so had to switch it, alternate room was good in terms of view from window but carpets, mattresses need to be replaced as they are old, dirty and wornout.
The location was very much near to Haram,, plus the hotel itself, the staff was very helping, specially the person on reception I don't know his name but he was very accommodating and extended my check-out time till evening on request without any charges. A very nice hotel at a very competitive price. Keep it up.
The location, Steps to Haram.
I got the KAABA view suite, it was the most expensive suite but the money was all worth it to have the KAABA view 24/7.
The breakfast was good, but the menu was repetitive.
If you are going with family get a suite instead of 2 rooms.
The Breakfast and location of the premises was quite amazing and when it comes to the room there was no clogs and grooming toiletries (i.e. Tooth paste and Brush).
It's good, I recommend removing the carpets in the rooms, they're dirty and full of stains, The same goes for the sofa, just disgusting.
The size of the room is for Ibis budget and the location not far from the mosque.
Breakfast for Only Indonesian, great location for the price, super Propety BUT neglected, seems the owners happy with the chartered pilgrims, from Indonesia and Turkey, both happy to rough out, buying food out or make on their own, there was a cooker without pan n utencils
