A 6 star experience from the time we arrived until the time we left. A hidden gem overlooking the medieval town of Santiago do Cacém. The service was warm & impeccable at all times. Maria, one of the dinner ambassadors, took such great care of us. The food, using Alentejo products, was exceptional! Try the "painted" butter infused with smokey pork fat with local bread. We spent hours at the pool where there were plenty of loungers. The hotel welcomes furry pets & we were some of the few guests without a dog! The hotel is geared for kiddies & is popular with families. We stayed mid-week & it was lovely and relaxing
On departure, we were even given eco-friendly water for the journey. We'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was amazingly delicious and you could tell everything was freshly handmade.
They are extremely pet friendly, even though I wasn’t traveling with any pet, I strongly appreciate the effort.
Second time in the hotel. Staff is wonderful, always looking to help you. The hotel is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the clean bed they have prepared for her.
To return again maybe in springtime when nature will be green. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop of the main building!

The room was good and had a nice view and a very comfortable bed. Swimming pool was clean and with a good temperature.
All the staff was super friendly (including the dogs)! 😃
The food (welcome cake, dinner and breakfast) was amazing! Everything smelled and tasted wonderfully well.
