The location was great - in the middle of town. The staff was very polite and useful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and large. As a surprise gift, we received an upgrade to a VIP room, which made us feel exceptional. Quiet music in the hall was great addition and made us feel like on holidays.
The apartment was centrally located, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was very friendly, and communication was easy since he speaks English fluently. The apartment offers one of the best views in town, including a direct view of the castle and beautiful sunsets from the balcony.
Very friendly staff, clean spacious room. In my opinion that the price is adequate to the location and equipment. Internet connection and a slightly larger tv could be improved.
The first room, which was readily swapped next day smelt v badly of drains. No window to outside, just to an under room structure.
There were no catering facilities. No hot drinks, food or even alcohol from the on site bar was able to be served! Luckily the petrol station next to the hotel and motorway had coffee. And there is an excellent Armenian truck stop caravan behind the hotel for food.
