They took great care of us and gave great tips on where to go (like tour to the Island Taquile and Ruines of Sillustani): and arranged it for us (and transported us by boat to the Harbour of Puno everytime for free for that transit).

The view from the cabin was amazing, and Ricardo and Cinti were such welcoming hosts. They cooked for us, helped us with transport, gave us a small tour of the Uros and came with hot bottles in the night time when we were cold. An amazing experience.

The lodge was fantastic, decorated with so much care and attention to detail. The host family was also amazing, we were picked up and dropped off at the port, offered dinner, tea, coffee and even showed around on one of the traditional boats. It made our stay unforgettable. It's very peaceful and quiet around as well, you could only hear the various birds. Perfect for star gazing too.

Lea and Mario were so kind. There was a language barrier as we don’t speak Spanish fluently but we still felt so welcomed and learnt so much as we did a tour with Mario. He made every effort to show us the area and demonstrate their traditions.

We loved the genuine family run feel of the accommodation. Both Luis and his mother Anna were lovely, accommodating and couldn’t do more for us; from wrapping me up at the dock as we headed at night fall to bringing us hot water bottles in the night. Luis helped to arrange a tour for us to take us to Taquille Island and other parts of Lake Titicaca and the breakfast was delicious. We also had dinner whilst with them for an additional price which was basic but enjoyable.

Close, walking distance, to the City Center, Cathedral, main street. The frontdesk clerk very helpfull with tours. They pepared a breakfastbag for a large group leaving the hotel earlier than 6 o'clock in the morning.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. The staff was amazing, super friendly, helpful and very communicative.
The dogs and the cat were lovely too.
I highly recommend this place when staying on one of the Uros islands.

It is an amazing, peaceful, beautiful location. There was enough room for our family of 5 (inc 3 x giant teenagers). The food was good, bit too much for us! The hosting family were friendly and chatty, there was a very calm friendly dog. It was a fab experience and we felt privileged. Loved the hot water bottles!
The view is amazing ... your flat screen TV is a massive window that looks out to Lake Titicaca & the Grass Islands ... Amazing! Armondo, his family, dog, cat and staff become your family after a few days. Truly wonderful people.
