Everything about the place. We loved that it's also a pet friendly hotel. Staff were lovely, breakfast was included in the price. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again
location was superb, shops within walking distance and easy access to city centre by bus. room was warm for winter, perfect kitchen with everything we needed. Chester (dog) and Soma (cat) were super cute, and they occasionally run around the yard or come sit by the deck. When we arrived at the property, both Glenn and Jordan came out to say hi and showed us around. We felt really welcomed. The number lock at the door was very convenient and we felt safe with the fence. Lots of different tea to choose from, feels like tea buffet everyday!
Awesome location. Watching the sunrise over the Waikato river was amazing. It was an easy walk to supermarkets and also to the river. Being pet friendly was a bonus

Location and price. Nice cafe, Sugar bowl around the corner. Dog friendly accommodation was the selling point for me. I was meeting my son to hand over our dog while we moved houses over Xmas.
Helen was very welcoming and helpful. The location is very tranquil. I would recommend this to others. They have a pool but we did not make use of it but the area looked great. It was lovely to be able to have our dog with us and there was even dog treats for him and a bowl of fruit for us.
The property is in a good convenient location, it felt like a home away from home and was so good to be able to take our little dog with us too as finding pet friendly accomodation short notice for work can be a very stressful task. The beds and lounge suite were very comfortable, the shower was soooo good after a long day of work, being able to sit outside in comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the view down to the river was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.
