The place is very cozy, also very clean which is a huge plus! There was every necessity we needed. Nice, quiet place with beautiful surroundings and a stunning view. We lit a fireplace (or an old oven) that gave a wonderful warm cabin vacation feeling. The house itself was a bit hard to find since there were no signs or anything and we arrived in the dark so it was hard to see if it was the right house or not. The garage for the car and an electrical charger came in very handy. Overall a really nice place! Big thanks to the host!

The bungalow had basic amenities. There was a stove and dishes in the kitchenette. The light from the lamps was not strong enough and it was dark inside the bungalow. Bed linen is at an additional cost, which was clearly marked, but we still pay attention to other tourists. When we arrived there was no one at the reception. We called the phone number provided, but there was no answer. In the meantime, other tourists came with a reservation and they knocked on the neighbor's door so the guy found another phone and called. 5 minutes later the reception lady arrived. There are no mosquito nets on the windows/as in all Norway/ and there are big fierce mosquitos.

The area in which the hotel is located is nothing short of idyllic. Waterfalls, a beautiful river and mountains all around. The food was perfect and the people very friendly. Alltogether a peaceful place with lots of opportunites for hiking and other activities.
The location is beautiful in green surroundings with views on the mountains. It is a good basis for hikes in the area of the National Park and parking is in front of the door.
Incredibly beautiful location. Lots of space. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Good kitchen. Be aware that there is a short HIKING path the the cabin from the driveway-- you need to carry your bags up a short path with roots, rocks, etc. Not a problem for us, but if you are booking the cabin you should know that.
Very spacious, more like a house than apartment. Good location in the middle of nature with some hikes starting from your front door and others like the amazing Sognefjell at short drive. Little shop down the road. Wonderful views over Jotunheimen. Our family loved it here, good alternative for "boring" hotels, having a car pretty to reach and move around this place is pretty essential.
Amazing view on the river and the stavechurch
Perfect location right in the middle of the town, close to the main attractions
Great breakfast
Beautiful hotel
Pub, coffee, restaurant on site
Nice staff
Charming room, comfortable and very clean
The atmosphere was amazing. It was a quiet and calm location with nice tracks around to walk with a dog.
We took the 4 course dinner with wine and it was a great experience! Breakfast was the best on our 9 day roadtrip.
Although they allowed dogs at the place they were not particularly dog friendly. The evening meal was quite nice but way over priced and somewhat pretentious. The nature was wonderful. The staff were extremely accomadating.
